Feature Your Listings!

Our databases can be added to any custom package. You update your database yourself using your browser through an admin screen. No extra software is required. You can easily format html without knowing html.

I. Properties Database

Add a properties database to any of our custom packages. If you need a way to display multiple pictures and details about your listings, our standard properties database is a solution for you.

• You update the database yourself with text and pictures.
• You can easily link your visual tours.
• You can display 5 pictures for each property.
• You can write formatted text (bold, colored, italic, etc.) to describe each picture.
• If you are a big lister, your database is searchable. If you aren't a big lister, we display an index page to your listings. It's your choice.
• You can display a 'featured' property on your home page (or any other page) and easily change which property is featured yourself.
• A payment calculator, automatic mapping, more info form, and 'print this page' is included with each property.
• You can upload one .pdf file for each property. The .pdf file is an excellent method of providing a 'printable' property brochure.

II. Real Estate Library Database

If you are looking for content to add to your site - or have your own articles that you'd like to add and update yourself - take a look at our Real Estate Library Database.

 

We can add the database to your site either empty and ready for you to add your own material or pre-populated with our articles that you can change, delete, or add to using your browser. If you can use a word processor, you can easily change or add to the material and create great looking html documents.

 

You can upload pictures to include in your articles. We customize the look of your database pages to match your site.

 

We HIGHLY recommend you substantially change the articles supplied and add your own. The reason: Google isn't crazy about duplicate content!

 

*Please note: some of the articles in the database are reprinted with permission from HUD. Those articles can be deleted if you wish, but they cannot be changed according to the reprint permission terms.

 

 

III. Custom Database
